I started sailing back in 2015, completely new to everything—I had no idea how to dock a boat, call for a bridge lift, or even contact a marina. At first, it all felt a little overwhelming, but also incredibly exciting and full of possibilities. I decided to start a YouTube channel for several reasons: to pass on the lessons we learn to new sailors who might be just as unsure as I was, to share our sailing adventures with family and friends no matter where they are, and to teach myself how to use video editing tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro. It’s been a rewarding journey in both sailing and creativity.
