When Epic decided to launch their dental program in Wisconsin, they needed a way to help their sales team capture the attention of HR departments. The solution? A playful, regionally resonant campaign centered around one of Wisconsin’s favorite summer activities: barbecue.
Collaborating closely with a cross-functional team, we developed the “Missing Ingredient” goodie box—an engaging B2B mailer designed to spark curiosity and open doors. The kit included custom-branded spices, a playful spatula, a table tent, and an informative sell sheet—all crafted to balance Epic’s established brand standards with fresh creative energy.
The result was a memorable, on-brand piece that helped make dental coverage a more flavorful conversation.
